Reception
The residence’s reception, which has a lobby bar, is available to our guests seven days a week, always from 07:00 to 19:00.
We deal with night arrivals and departures individually as needed. We are happy to arrange the following for you:
- Receipt and sending of mail
- Handover and acceptance of mail
- Handover and acceptance of messages
- Arrangement of tickets and necessary reservations
- Sale of Cafissimo capsules for coffee machines in apartments
and other services. You can order them at reception before arrival or at any time during your stay.
Excellent food from our restaurant
We will arrange a great breakfast for you at the residence’s restaurant. Our chefs are ready to respect your dietary requirements and the specific wishes of the smallest guests. Sweet, savoury, cold or hot—we can bring selected refreshments to your apartment on request. We will be happy to prepare a pleasant place to sit, for a business meeting or a celebration in the restaurant’s space. The maximum capacity is 80 people.
Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation, on request we will arrange accommodation without breakfast. We will be happy to bring breakfast to your apartment for a small charge. You can order other services at reception before arrival or at any time during your stay.

You can order them at reception. The restaurant has a play area. The indoor car park enables the comfortable and safe loading and unloading of your car.
Easy and secure parking
The residence is equipped with an internal underground garage with a capacity of 26 parking spaces, including a handicapped parking space. The car park is under constant CCTV surveillance. You can easily and securely park a large car, and load and unload it. The outdoor car park, shared with the restaurant, offers sufficient capacity for parking four vehicles.
We will transport you where you need to go
On request, we can arrange a transfer from or to Václav Havel Airport, the train or bus stations. You can also make use of a car rental service. You can order all the aforementioned services at reception before arrival or at any time during your stay.
