How to Use Self-Service Check-In at Residence Trafick

Residence Trafick offers a modern and convenient self-service check-in process that allows you to check in quickly without waiting. Please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Check-In

After you finish your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to the online check-in. Fill in the required information and confirm your arrival. This step allows you to access additional services more quickly.

2. Pay for Any Additional Services

During the check-in process, you will have the opportunity to pay for any additional services you selected during your reservation, such as breakfast or parking.

3. Provide Pre-Authorization

To complete your reservation, you will need to provide a pre-authorization on your payment card. This is not a payment, but a temporary hold of a certain amount as a guarantee for any potential additional costs. This amount will be automatically released after your departure if no extra charges occur.

4. Generate Your PIN Code

After completing all previous steps, a unique PIN code will be automatically generated for you, allowing access to your reserved unit.

• The same PIN code is used for both the main entrance and for opening the box with your room cards.
• Downloading the Alfred app is not required. You can use the PIN code via the web interface of the Alfred app at https://alfred.previo.app/login. Your reservation code will be sent to you in time.

5. Pick Up Your Room Cards

After entering the PIN code, you can open the main entrance and the box containing your room cards.

• Emergency Card: You will also find an emergency card in the box. We recommend leaving it in the box in case you lose your main card during your stay. This ensures you can always access your room.

6. Access to the Garage

To access the garage, you must have your room cards. The PIN code does not work on the garage entrance column.First, pick up your cards and then use them to open the garage door.
