APARTMENTS WITH A LARGE TERRACE
The Torino, Vienna and Washington roof apartments, which have a layout of two rooms + kitchenette, a floor area of 50 – 60 m2 and genuinely large terraces, provide luxury accommodation on a long business trip or accommodation for a larger family or group. They provide maximum comfort, a great place to sleep and plenty of space for storing luggage. You can cook food yourselves in a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, or use the hotel restaurant.
EXECUTIVE DELUXE APARTMENTS
The modern and practically-furnished apartments with a layout of two rooms + kitchenette and a floor area of 55 m2 are for four to six guests. They offer comfortable facilities for short and long stays in Prague. You will be welcomed by a relaxation zone with a television, a comfortable bedroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The storage space can easily cope with the contents of your luggage. The hotel restaurant serves both breakfast and other meals. Cleaning is performed once a week as the standard, although we’ll be happy to arrange it daily.
SUITES
Studios with a layout of one room + kitchenette and a floor area of 43 m2 are ideal accommodation for a family or small group. The comfortable sleeping zone comprises a splittable double bed and a single bed. The fitted kitchen is supplemented by a dining area for relaxed meals. The relaxation zone comprises a bed settee, on which another adult or two children can sleep, a coffee table and a television. The contents of your luggage will easily fit into a spacious wardrobe in the hall, from which you can access the bathroom, which has a shower cubicle, and the toilet. There are seven Suites in our residence: Berkeley, Cranbrook, Hamburg, London, Luxembourg, Praha and Stockholm.
RESIDENCE TRAFICK
The residence was brought into operation in 2018. It is suitable for short-term and long-term stays, business trips and family travels. 26 apartments in 8 price categories are a perfect example of how to link great design and practicality. We think of our guests from the first to the last moment: the building contains a covered, secure car park; you can prepare food yourselves in a perfectly-equipped kitchen or make use of our special restaurant; you can do the cleaning yourselves or arrange for it to be done at reception. We will be happy to lend your everything you need for a family with children and make the necessary reservations.
